Solid State Relay Assemblies Feature Stripped Wire Connections for Quick, Easy Installation
NPH Heater announces the availability of their new line of Solid state Relay Assemblies featuring stripped wire connections, which facilitate fast, easy installation. Sixteen different configurations fill out this product line, with control inputs of 4 to 32 VDC and 90 to 140 VAC. These devices are designed to switch load currents from 0.04 to 40 amps AC at a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C at line voltages from 24 to 660 VAC.
The assemblies consist of Solid State Relays with integral anodized aluminum heat sink and DIN mounting clips. Transient overvoltage protection is provided for up to 600 Vpk or 1200 Vpk, depending on the specific model chosen. Zero voltage switching, input status LED indicators, and DIN rail mounting are available on all standard models; all assemblies carry UL, VDE, and CE approvals.
Solid State Relays have proven in food processing, semiconductor manufacturing, plastic modeling, industrial heating, laboratory equipment, and other industrial applications where precise control of heaters, pumps, motors, and industrial lighting is required.
