Power Semi Conductor Assemblies
NPH Heater announces the availability of new Power Semiconductor Assemblies for applications requiring up to 400 amps. NPH Heater combines industry-proven Power Semiconductors with appropriately engineered heat sinks and other components to provide pre-engineered semiconductor assemblies specifically designed to work within predetermined ambient operating environments.
The comprehensive approach ensures optimal performance and spares the customer from in-house thermal-engineering guesswork that can lead to overheating, power anomalies, or premature component failure. The resulting assemblies are available with a variety of features, such as transistors (including MOSFET and IGBT), thyristors (including triacs), and diodes. Assemblies, are available for either panel or DIN-rail mounting.
